Trainer Marketa Matthews believes that a happy horse makes a happy client. Good fitness makes it easier for the horse to progress on the classical dressage Training Scale. Daily turnout plus in-hand ground work and cavaletti and hill work all help to build muscle fitness and enhance stretch and strength in the topline.

Marketa trains with Jennifer Kaiser of Forrest Hill Farm in Lafayette, Indiana (www.forresthillfarm.com), and brings Jennifer to St Louis on a regular basis for clinics.
