A full refund less office fee will be provided before the deadline.  A Completed Entry form includes a Current Negative Coggins Certificate, Proof of Vaccinations and/or a Health Certificate, and payment.

 General Information and Rules
-Horses may be entered in up to 4 classes.
-Online entries (paid via PayPal) are available and encouraged through the SLADS website at https://slads.org/content.aspx?page_id=4002&club_id=709170&item_id=941363
-If using online entries, you may email copies of your coggins and vaccination records to Lindsey at horseshows@slads.org -If mailing entries, please make checks (no credit cards) out to “SLADS” and mail to Lindsey Culver, 108 Desert Willow Ct,
Wentzville, MO 63385. 
-Volunteer Opportunities are available for viewing and sign up through the SLADS website at
https://slads.org/content.aspx?page_id=2664&club_id=709170&event_id=941363 -The 2019 USDF and USEF Dressage will be used for all tests,
https://www.usdf.org/downloads/forms/2019.asp. The most recently published USEF Western Dressage tests will be used and are available at http://westerndressageassociation.org/wdaa-tests/. 2018 USEA Eventing Dressage Tests are available at http://www.useventing.com/competitions/dressage/
-Informal attire (including paddock boots and half chaps) allowed. All riders must wear competition-appropriate headgear.
-All USEF/USDF dressage tests to be ridden in a plain snaffle, except Third Level or above, where full bridle is optional. -A copy of negative Coggins test, dated within one year, must be submitted with entry.
-Copy of Vaccination Record (FLU/RHINO) within 6 months must be submitted with entry.
-Health Certificate for out of state horses only, written within 15 days, to be shown at check in.
-Refunds, less office fee, can be given before closing date. No refunds of any kind will be given for any reason (including with vet note) after the closing date.
-Ride times and stabling assignments will be posted http://dressage.startboxscoring.com/showsu/slads/ds0419 2-4 days before the show.
-Live scoring during the show will be available at http://dressage.startboxscoring.com/showsu/slads/ds0419
-Dressage Suitability class is open to horses and riders of all ages and will be ridden in a group. To be shown at the walk, trot
and canter both ways of the ring when asked by the judge. To be judged on the horse’s potential to become a Dressage
mount. This class will not be divided or placed in separate divisions.
-Dressage Seat Equitation classes will be shown at the medium walk, working trot and canter (except for the 10 and under
walk/trot class) both ways of the ring when asked by the judge. The rider’s position, seat and specifically the correct use and effect of the
aids required by Training Level will be judged.
-Depending on the amount of participants, the Dressage Seat Equitation class (except for the 10 and under class) may be
shown together in the same group but will be placed in separate divisions, Jr/YR and AA.
-USDF Materiale class is for 3-5 year old horses and will be shown together as a group, except if a stallion is present. To be
shown at the walk, trot and canter both ways of the ring when asked by the judge. Mares may not compete under saddle or
in Materiale classes after their eighth month of pregnancy or within three months after foaling.
-For the Trainer In Your Ear TOC class, your trainer may talk to you through your tests using a coaching device or cell phone with
Bluetooth.
-For all TOC classes, riders may enter more than one test. Please specify tests on your entry form. -Ribbons through sixth place for all classes.
TIP Recognized (thoroughbred incentive program).
Horses to be verified at time of entry or on site with copy of Jockey Club papers or photograph of lip tattoo.
